Salad of roasted beets, endive, toasted hazelnuts, gorgonzola, fried shallot vinaigrette

Pan seared duck breast w/ cherries and port sauce; served with lemon risotto, roasted broccolini 

Grand Marnier zabaglione, with strawberries and shortbread
